Terms and Conditions
Standard terms. Each shop publishes its own terms on its shop page.
1. Payment
The quoted price is discounted for cash or ACH payment. Credit and debit cards are accepted with a processing fee.
2. Parts must arrive clean
All parts must be clean before arrival. Major dirt, grease, or mud will incur a cleaning fee.
3. Removal of components
All plastic, rubber, gaskets, and bearings must be removed before coating. If you ask us to remove and reinstall them, additional shop fees will apply.
4. Breakage during removal
If we remove plastic or other parts and they break due to age, corrosion, or other reasons outside our control, we can locate and replace the parts for an additional fee.
5. Older cast furniture hardware
Hardware on older cast furniture may break due to age or corrosion. Repairs may require drilling and tapping for new hardware. We will notify you and send photos. Repairs and replacement hardware are additional charges.
6. Rust at seams and overlapping metal
Areas that are not fully welded or where metal overlaps may experience rust returning after exposure to moisture, even after refinishing. These areas are not covered by our warranty.
7. Abandoned property
Parts left for 30 calendar days or more without arrangements with the shop will be considered abandoned. At our discretion, we may sell the item to cover services rendered, storage, legal, and disposal costs.
8. Customized suspension and wheels
Customers choosing a full-service rim package must disclose any customization to suspension, rims, or hubs, including spacers or non-OEM bolts. We are not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed modifications.
9. Warranty
We warrant against cracking, flaking, or peeling for one year on new parts and six months on used parts.
